Memora uses artificial intelligence to generate notes and summaries.

Generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and authentication credentials.

Credits are consumed according to video processing duration.

Subscription plans, credit allocations, and pricing may change over time.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Access continues through the current billing period.

Memora is provided on an "as available" basis.

MochiFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MochiFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

MochiFlow may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Memora constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
